Product Warranty Policy
All products, decorative items, and lighting fixtures sold by MAHASIAH store are rigorously selected and subject to the legal warranties provided by French and European legislation.
1. Legal Warranty of Conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
This warranty applies to all our products for a period of 2 years from their delivery or in-store purchase. It covers:

Assembly or operating defects appearing during normal use.

Non-conformities with respect to the product description provided at the time of purchase.
2. Legal Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
This warranty covers defects not apparent at the time of purchase, rendering the product unfit for its intended use, or so diminishing that use that you would not have purchased it had you known about them.
3. Warranty Exclusion
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear of the product or breakage of glass/ceramic elements resulting from impact or a fall.

Improper electrical installation or non-compliance with usage and maintenance instructions.

Modifications or repairs made to the product without prior agreement from our store.
4. Implementation Procedures
If you discover a defect, please contact us with your receipt or purchase invoice. After examination of the defective product, we will proceed free of charge with its repair, exchange for a similar item, or refund if repair and exchange prove impossible.
