Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that your decoration plans may change. This policy sets out the terms and conditions for cancelling an order placed with MAHASIAH.
1. Cancellation before shipment or collection of the order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been packed or taken over by the carrier.

To make an urgent cancellation request, you must contact our team by phone at +33 3 80 50 07 69 during our opening hours.

In the event of a validated cancellation before shipment, a full refund of your order will be made within 5 to 7 working days via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation after the package has been sent

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer possible to interrupt the delivery of the order.

If you no longer wish to keep the ordered items, you will have to wait until you receive the package and then exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Return Policy. The return costs will then be at your expense, except in the event of an error in the item delivered.
3. Custom and personalized orders
In accordance with legal provisions, cancellation requests do not apply to orders for items made to measure or personalized at the explicit request of the customer (including lampshades on special order).
